Setting up a mailing list
If the use of mailing lists is included in your package subscription (QwikZite Package, Website Package and 'Email at domain'), we can set up one or more mailing lists at your request.
- Choose a title/name for the mailing list.
E.g.: Suares-Nieuws
The name shall be unique in comparison with other mailing lists hosted by us; common names such as 'newsletter' are therefore inappropriate.
We recommend to choose a rather short name, as the name shall be included in the subject line of every message posted to the mailing list.
- In your email manager, you shall create the address mailman@yourdomain and ensure that messages to this address are being forwarded to the person responsible for the central administration of your mailing lists.
(Note: After activation, you can add seperate list administrators and list moderators for each mailing list.)
- Requests for creating a mailing list shall be directed to: support@suares.nl
Please include the desired name in your message and - if it is your first mailing list - confirm that the email address mailman@yourdomain has been created.
- Once the mailing list has been set up, you will receive further instructions.
